Hearing Testing
Hearing testing involves various tests to ascertain the degree and type of hearing loss a person has. From this test we can tell if it’s sensory neural (nerve) impairment or a conductive hearing loss. In which case referral to an Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist is made.
Free, no obligation, hearing aid trial
We give our clients the opportunity to try our hearings aids in their day to day lives where it really matters.
Local Repairs & Services of Hearing Aids
All servicing and adjustment of hearing aids is free for the first 2 years of getting new hearing aids.
Hearing Protection
We supply various types of hearing protectors from simple custom made plugs to advanced electronic devices.
Hearing Aid Batteries
We carry class-leading hearing aid batteries at competitive prices.
Hearing Accessories
To get the maximum benefit from your hearing aid, we offer various devices to suit your needs, from watching television, to Bluetooth connectivity to your cell phone.
Home Visits
If you are unable to get to us due to disability, we will come to you.

East London

East London is our main branch and we are available  Monday to Friday to provide servicing, repairs, adjustments and testing. As a family business we like to maintain a relaxed atmosphere where people can feel free to chat to us about their hearing.

Grahamstown

We are in Grahamstown on Thursdays from 08h00 – 12h00. We started visiting Grahamstown a number of years ago and have enjoyed a steady customer increase. We are situated at the High Street Doctors (120 High Street) in the specialist clinic.

Port Alfred

Our branch in Port Alfred operates Monday – Friday from 08h00 – 13h00 where Keri will welcome you to make an appointment and supply batteries, hearing aid accessories, etc. Brandon is there every Wednesday to provide testing, servicing, repairs and adjustments.

King Williams Town

Our newly established branch is situated at 30B Alexandra Street. Open Monday – Thursday 08h00 – 13h00. Sabrina assists with with hearing aid batteries, accessories and general queries. Brandon is in on Thursdays to do hearing testing, fitting and servicing of hearing aids.
